At Bangkok.Limo, we combine reliability with comfort. Because that’s what you want on your holiday or business trip. We will get you to your destination in timely fashion, and we will do everything we can to make sure you are enjoying the trip along the way.
English speaking staff, experienced drivers, on-board wifi and entertainment systems, complimentary water… It’s this and more that we proudly offer to our customers. We believe the journey itself can be as much fun as the holiday.
All our services are door-to-door, so we will meet you at the location you have described in the booking form. If we pick you up at Suvarnabhumi airport, our host will meet you at door #4 on the second floor. For Don Mueang, the driver will meet you at door #6. At both airports, either the host or driver will carry a sign with your name and will be easy to recognise.
All our drivers speak basic English or better. In the rare case you experience difficulties communicating to your driver, they will call our office and have one of our English speaking staff members translate for you.
When you book a return trip and you aren’t traveling between Bangkok and its airports (Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang), you will get an automatic 5% discount on your return trip. The booking form will automatically process the discount for you.
Please note that the discount only applies when you book the first and second leg of your journey at the same time (round trip). Your destination from the first leg doesn’t have to be your pickup location for the return trip, but the trips do have to make sense (i.e. it is not allowed to book ‘Bangkok – Pattaya’ as the first leg and ‘Krabi – Bangkok’ as the return leg, but ‘first leg: Bangkok – Koh Chang & return leg: Trad – Pattaya’ will be fine). The short answer is ‘unfortunately, no’. We’ll explain why:
First of all, in the rare case you do find a lower rate for private transport, the difference will probably be small. We’re proud to offer competitive and affordable rates, while aiming for a high level of service and comfortable transport. We invest in our vehicles to keep them safe and equipped with comforts like wifi and entertainment systems (minibus only) that will make your journey as pleasant as can be. On top of that, we care about our employees and offer them courses to improve their driving, social and language skills. We believe happy employees have a positive effect on all aspects of our services and are sure to enhance your experience on board one of our minibuses or limousines.
Also, when you book with us, you can be sure that all taxes, tolls and driver fees are included in the price. And you never have to share your ride with other people that booked the same journey.
Of course! Thailand is beautiful and we encourage everyone to see as much of it as possible. If you want to stop at one of the many Thai hotspots to do some sightseeing along the route, please note that there is a 300 Baht / hour charge. We also offer transportation for Day Tours in case you’d like to use one of our vehicles to visit hotspots in a certain region.
We offer all our passengers a complimentary bottle of water, but we realise you might want some more refreshments on your trip. Whenever you feel like buying some drinks or snacks, or when you require a bathroom break, please let your driver know and he will make a pitstop at the next gasoline station.
Roadside convenience stores are prohibited to sell alcohol and it is forbidden by law to drink alcohol in a car. Even for the passengers. If you bring something on-board yourself, our drivers will not enforce this rule. But please note that in the rare case of being pulled over by the authorities, the responsibility and possible fine will be yours.
The traffic in Thailand can be as unpredictable as the weather in the rainy season. That’s why we encourage everyone to choose a pickup time that won’t get you into trouble in case of a traffic jam. Because you choose your own pickup time, we can’t claim responsibility for missed flights, ferries or appointments. We can help you with figuring out what would be a safe pickup time in most circumstances. Feel free to ask us any time by using the contact form. But in no situation can we offer any guarantees.
If you’ve added your flight number to the booking form then the answer in most cases will be yes. But if your flight is delayed for more than two hours, we ask you to contact us before take-off so we can arrange for the same or a different driver to pick you up when you arrive. If you fail to notice us about delays of over two hours, we can’t guarantee a driver will still be waiting for you and we cannot refund your booking.
In the case your flight is canceled, please let us know as soon as possible so we can rearrange or refund your booking (in most cases).
Right here! The following terms are applicable for all bookings:
- All prices are in Thai Baht, per car/minibus/tour for door-to-door journey.
- Taxes, driver fees and fuel are included in the rate. Toll is included apart from extra toll charges that may be required during a day tour.
- A 5% discount will automatically be applied on return trips when a round trip is booked and when the route isn’t between Bangkok and its airports.
- Transfers to and from Koh Chang include 2 (limo) or 4 (minibus) ferry tickets.
- Day tours offer transportation only. Guided tours and entrance fees to attractions are not included.
- 8-hour day tours may be extended for a pre-determined hourly fee.
- Rates are subject to change and no claim can be made based on the rates as shown on the website. The rate that is quoted by our staff after a customer has inquired about a booking is the correct rate. We do our utmost best to keep the rates that are quoted on the website as up to date as possible.
- A deposit is required for an amount that is determined by our staff based on several aspects of your booking.
